The Indian startup ecosystem, as we all know, is rapidly evolving. However, places like Kolkata & Bengal still haven’t got the similar push for startup ecosystem or proper infrastructure in place as compared to Delhi or Bangalore.

To overcome this, “One Coffee One Startup” took the initiative to host an event solely and exclusively dedicated to Kolkata. The event took place last week on 19th February. The event showed that Kolkata Startups are no less than any other big cities startup in terms of networking and creating synergy for their business.

The only objective of this event was to understand and analyse the obstacles and difficulties faced by entrepreneurs running their startup in the Kolkata and try to come up with a substantial solution to the problem.

Attending startups also got a chance in this event to highlight features and innovation which they think made them stand aloof from their competitor, by 2-5 minute presentation. Furthermore, there was a chance for 5 Startups to get selected as “NEXT UNICORN STARTUP” by Event panel for getting entire Mentorship, Tech support Legal Support by Sponsor.
