Ride hailing app Ola’s chief financial officer (CFO) Rajiv Bansal has quit the company, reported ET. Rajiv Bansal had joined Ola from Infosys where, too, he was the CFO between 2012-2015. Pallav Singh, who is VP operations at Ola, has been made the interim CFO.

Besides, Ola’s CMO Raghuvesh Sarup has also resigned from the company. Both Bansal and Sarup joined the company about a year back.

Bansal joined Infosys in 1999 and became the Chief Financial Officer in 2012. He was one of the best paid executives and his severance package of Rs 17.4 Cr. was questioned by the founders of Infosys, who in a letter to the Infosys board in January, had raised governance issues.

As for Sarup, he joined Ola in January 2016, and was previously working as MD of Microsoft India. He has worked across companies like Nokia, Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut) and Procter & Gamble.

In the recent development, Ola named Badri Raghavan as its chief data scientist. The company has also witnessed major changes in its senior management. Last month, former PepsiCo executive, Vishal Kaul was appointed as its COO. In turn, Pranay Jivrajka, who was also Ola’s first employee, was elevated as Founding Partner.
